_Responsibility of a ticket owner:_
1. If the ticket has a status of "new", the responsibilities of the owner is to:
- Verify the ticket meta data is correct and modify as necessary
- setting for "component"
- setting for "milestone"
- setting for "priority"
- setting for "owner"
- If the original owner, re-assigns the ticket to a new owner, the ticket will now have a status of "assigned" for the new owner.
- If the original owner feels they do indeed own the ticket, they should accept the ticket. This will change the status to "accept".
2. If the ticket has a status of "assigned", the responsibilities of the owner is to:
- if appropriate, re-assign the ticket to another owner within 5 days.
- change the status to "accepted" within 5 days if they are the correct owner.
3. If the tickets has a status of "accepted", the responsibilities of the owner is to:
- Resolve the tickets as soon as possible. Preferably within 30 days.
4. If the ticket has a status of "reopened", the responsibilities of the owner is to:
- Same as the responsibilities of the owner of a ticket in the "assigned" state.
