This patch corrects an issue in avm_util.c file, routines avm_conv_phy_info_to_ent_path() and avm_compare_ent_paths(). Added HAVE_HPI_B03 flag checks along with checks for HAVE_HPI_B02.

The second problem fixed in avm_evt.c. Added logic to avm_active_adm_shutdown() to check to see if it is running on the active controller before initiating the shutdown. If running on the active controller, the shutdown is rejected. This patch is related to IR00128116 discovered on the Avantellis 5.0 platform.

Fix for: AVM Admin Lock of the Active controller causes the controller to deactivate

Ticket #737

This patch corrects an issue where upon discovery, an HISv hotswap event is not pulblished for inactive blades, causing the recently promoted active controller to not understand that the standby controller is inactive. This problem was discovered on HP c-Class and Proliant platforms.
