Fix for issues on HP c-Class and Proliant Servers

Ticket #454

This patch fixes issues found on HP c-Class and Proliant rack mount servers only. The construction of entity-paths in FM for sub-slots is adjusted, and in AVM, the issues of shutting down or locking an HP Proliant server from the CLI is cleaned up - so that is works properly without side-effects on the OpenSAF controller-side or on the node that is told to shutdown.

Removed code in hsm.c that was deleting SAHPI_ENT_RACK from entity-paths

This fix removes code that was previously put in hsm.c to delete the SAHPI_ENT_RACK entry from entity-paths that are returned by hsm.c. Some time in the past, HP modified hsm.c to remove SAHPI_ENT_RACK from entity-paths being returned by hsm.c. This work-a-round is no longer needed, and, in any case, is not the proper way to deal with this issue. The code that is deleting this part of the entity path should be removed - and the OpenSAF user should take care to set up their openhpi.conf file so that only correct and legal entity-paths are used within OpenSAF.

Ticket #482

HISv is suppose to receive HPI events and publish them to the EDSv channel. However, as it stands now HISv heavily filters HPI events based on which entity generated the event. On some platforms this level of filtering causes key events, such as an enclosure fan failure, to get dropped instead of being published to EDSv. This patch adds a function to publish these "other" events instead of dropping them.

When configured with DTSV_MAX_ARCHIVES in script.conf, archive management is enabled. When a cluster restart of OpenSAF is done, current set of files will be archived (in the background) and thus moved from the set of active files.

Max DTSV_MAX_ARCHIVES archives will be stored in the ${NCS_LOG_PATH}/archives directory and the oldest archive is removed.

An archive is a gzipped tar ball.

In immnd_proc.c in the periodic check that runs once a second in idle state, the check for sync is now done every time, instead of every fifth time. In addition, when sync request is detected, the period is immediately reduced to the non-idle period of 0.1 sec. Any sync request should now cause a sync to be started in aproximately one second (two on UML).

Create a new temporary thread to handle the implementer set operation. This new thread will wait maximum one minute before it reports an error.

A new TIPC address scheme is added to MDS. The new scheme uses TIPC addresses in the form 1.1.1, 1.1.2, 1.1.3 etc. This is achieved by not using the subslot ID in generation of the TIPC node part of the TIPC network address. The change is fully backwards compatible by default and will require changes to CFLAGS and script.conf to enable the new addressing scheme.
