AMFD: Needs to be supervised for liveleness (deadlocks, etc.)

Description

For liveliness control (e.g. detect infinite loops) of osafamfd, AMFND-AMFD communication should be updated to include health supervision (similar to heartbeat which previously existed between AvDs?), so that AMFND supervises AMFD.
